I guess some of us will play fair and some of us will play dirty - but you know, I think there are more of us than there are of them. Haven't made up my mind on this one at all - it's not out of the question that I could end up long the stock. Haven't had a US$ account for a year and a half, but I could set one up with a 3-minute phone call. But I've got this thing about filing audited and reasonably up-to-date financials, posted on the web for all to see. If it's a new offering, then post the prospectus on Edgar. Sure - that's not legally required when they're using a bulletin board shell as a vehicle - but why not do it anyway, to raise the image of the firm into the realm of credibility?
