Couple letters to the editor with some of your more infamous posts, and your ass is grass. Um, why not put up some of those "infamous" posts right here for us all to enjoy? And what are these poor sufferers supposed to bring a class action suit ABOUT? Will they allege--SHOCK!! HORROR!!--that I repeatedly asked questions about certain equities, posted documentable information about said equities, and expressed doubts about said equities? Oh yeah, sounds like a sure-fire winner. And to return to Fortune, its editors, and its reporters: do you imagine they didn't read what I write? If not, why'd they get in touch with me?
