Not sure that I know how to gauge that with any accuracy

The volatility seems to be a little less than we've seen though that is not saying much -- I am referring to the intra-day swings from up 100+ to down 100+ -- which seemed to be almost the norm for a while.

I've been trying to buy some Dec puts on GE and they just won't give it to me -- makes one wonder why--I find that normally when they give it to me in a hurry, it turns out to have been the wrong decision on my part.
