Don--my bias is still to the upside Is there a point when the momo indicator would flash a clear sell signal?? Re VIX--if it takes out the 1020 level on a closing basis it would argue for a run towards DOW 8100 and may be the high 8100 level-- and that would result in the VIX going down even more--thereby possibly setting a new trading range that has a low in the low 30 to mid 30s The only thing that makes me a bit wary is the fact that Favors 5 day trin is already on a sell or close to it. I did not add to the futures -- I think I'll watch to see how it closes first. BTW, this is the first buy signal that I have got from my system in quite a while.
