AMP I just received tender offer from AMP FOR
$55 a share thru DLJ DIRECT. That sounds like a good price.
I tendered all I own. The Offering is due to expire on 11/20/98.
If you wish to participate your instructions must be received by
1:00PM on 11/19/98. The offer is not conditioned upon any minimum
of shares being tendered.The purchaser will purchase shares on a
Pro Rata Basis.
Anyone with questions call your Broker.
