Dave, The European operators could care less about convergence. All they want are fair royalty rates. It seems only the North American GSM Alliance has an issue with convergence. Message 5876677 Greg B. P.S. Qualcomm is defending fairness principles, not simply taking an arbitrary position. P.P.S. But the NA GSM Alliance can spout off whatever, it is the ETSI that will make the deal with the Q. Wouldn't you, as a company, want fair royalty rates? The Q and ETSI had a deal until the NA GSM Alliance spoiled the plans.
