Times change and so do circumstances Rosy. No CEO in his right mind would put that in writing unless is was bracketed by a time period and renewable at the discretion of the BOD. John S reportedly said no reverse in the "forseeable future"..very vague statement. Our opinion of forseeable and his might be somewhat different. Properly executed and timed, a reverse is not necessarily the "kiss of death", although few pennies survive the trauma, especially after the CEO "reportedly" said none would occur. If there is "ever" to be a R.S. now looks like a good time since so many investors have left this company for other faster moving opportunities.
