Tom, My short bond trade is also iffy, but I'm playing with house money there, my last short was good for about 4 1/2 big points within days. If your asking about a sell signal for my SP's, I would have to see the NYSE advance decline be negative by about 900-1000 issues or more for tomorrow. This is my calculation for tomorrow only, each day it changes. This seems to allow for a possible down day tomorrow after this good run up. I just have to sit tight through what ever happens tomorrow and place my orders near the end of the day or sooner if it looks like those numbers are there. Otherwise, I sit back and ride the wave to where ever it may take me. GZ
