Continuing sequential revenue decline at Adflex.

Just like Smartflex, revenues continue to weaken from $44M last quarter to $36M this quarter. But nice percentage gain this morning suggests that this bad news is priced in. I hope DIIG does the same thing on Thursday.

Its becoming clearer and clearer, that the sell-off in small caps, ending in the blow-off the first week of September, was completely overdone. Many professionals say that the small caps were trading at valuation levels not seen since 1974. I keep track of a list of small caps, and I'm seeing strength across the board. For example, WFR, the world's second largest bare wafer manufacturer had dropped from 40ish to 3 and change over a 18 month period. It has more than doubled off the low in the last week. CKFR, a leader in electronic banking service (they supply banks, if you pay your bills electronically, your bank probably uses their services) dropped from 30 to 6 in less than six months or so. It also has doubled off its low in the last week. And the list could go on and on.

I find the strength among the leaders in the ECM sector promising. Remember most of the companies in this sector are considered small caps, and even the biggest companies in the sector could only be considered mid-caps.
