If PRWT can not put it in writing then dont say it verbally. What are they hiding? This way if PRWT does not put it in writing they can still do the reverse split. HERE IS YOUR EXAMPLE=BICO, stated in a news wire news release that they will not do a reverse split. Well they didnt but got delisted last month. They could of avoided a delisting by doing a reverse split but couldnt because of that news release. Let me know if you need any other examples! Maybe, one day I wll be as smart as you! Luv Ya
