belize...the confusion has been acknowledged over and over, and eventually will be straightened out...your point has been, and continues to be addressed, and i have personally been told by mr. schmitz that the resolution is satisfactory...i reported asking him about that in a post that i made on r.b. several weeks ago...in detail...i do not know the number of my post, but you may search for it if you desire...
jhild, i am willing to agree that you have a valid point, or at least i should say that it WAS a valid point....but this argument has been addressed so many times...so many times...
and the issue is being worked on...there is a foreign country to contend with....there is a new government to try to establish a working relationship with...and the new government officials were not elected there to make panam their first priority...they have to get their own goals established and set their policies in place...they actually do have a whole 'nother country to run...we might not be their number one priority right now, but we are on the list...ok...
i really dont think this is as big a deal as you wish for it to be...it takes time...things have to get sorted out...as i said...somebody is gonna want houses...somebody is gonna build em...somebody else is gonna make arrangements...somebody is gonna supply the dollars to do it...its a pretty simple deal...its gonna be a pretty good program...panam is involved...for now, thats good enough...it is going to happen...
why dont you help it happen if you are so interested in it...if you are talented enough to do something constructive, why dont you channel your efforts in that direction for a change...
the july 28 press release says "acquired"...the october web page update spells out the shareholders meeting and the "merger" that is taking place at the present time...i honestly think there is a difference...i honestly do not think this is splitting hairs or misleading...
the way i see it, the several different groups that are going to ultimately comprise the overall company, panam, were acquired at different times...each being, or having been, different transactions...forming them all into a single corporation, merging them into a complete group, is what was begun at the shareholder meeting, "officially" speaking...
and im not trying to argue with you...i just think you are incorrect...
but my general questions to you still remain unanswered...why are you unwilling to answer such simple little questions, yet be so opinionated about everything else...im no threat to you, so why do you continue to run...
i have nothing to hide from you, and if you think you can minipulate or intimidate me, you are sadly mistaken...if you wish to discuss something, great...if you wish to slander and hide, you are not worth my time...
