mornin jdcpa if you don't know the name of the fund,,how bout the name of who told you,,and an address and phone#,,the mortage thing sounds great if there is really a conection,,will be in their fair city next week,will see if i can talk to some one,if any connection with prwt,but privately held co. are generally rather closed mouthed about their business-----later------snipper-----
