you are rite alan about all you say ,and i'm sure that this kind of thing takes place but IMO not by a respected co. as executive claims to be,,think about it--what you are saying ,,if true,,could be brought to the attention of sec. and tho executive is a privately held co. and not under jurisdiction of sec. they are no doubt under the banking reg. of what ever state they be operating in,,if prwt flopped and they were found to be the ochestrator of this shady deal--just think about it-g/luck- snipper
