Well I don't believe your your supposition is true. Investors may well be due more disclosure than you suggest. According to Regulation S-B, that presumably PRWT will file under, it says with regard to Financial Reporting, under Section 310: c.Financial Statements of Businesses Acquired or to be Acquired. 1.If a business combination accounted for a "purchase" has occurred or is probable, or if a business combination accounted for as a "pooling of interest" is probable, financial statements of the business acquired or to be acquired shall be furnished for the periods specified in paragraph(c)(3) of this Item. http://www.law.uc.edu/CCL/regS-B/SB310.html I take it that since these acquisitions were announced, in some cases back in June, that they would be considered probable, don't you think?
