Not at all. The pattern seemed to call for a sell off in the 3:30 EST Time Frame.

I think the shutdown only changed the timing but the market was, to my way of thinking, definitely up into the late inning and then down. Picking the point to sell after the shutdown made it difficult.

Had I come back in time I probably would have waited until 3:30.

Makes no difference. I was only angry with myself for not coming back to sell it.

I think what I have in mind for tomorrow is a SAR. Take a position one way at the Open and reverse it for the day. My bias is still down so I think, at this point, I will buy a gap down then sell it and reverse.
