From this page: inc.com What's this statement about: Note: Internet access is required for all online features, including online banking and online investment tracking. 16MB minimum for usage of an Internet browser with Quicken. Quicken Basic 99 includes all software required. This appears to be the statement from the lgefcu.com advertisement where they are bundling PMA with Quicken (and the statement refers to Quicken not PMA). Someone at Inc. is doing a half-ass job. heatseeker
