Well Kevin, your method is a little simplistic in looking at this business model. Since they are only reselling PC Quote and the Real Time trading piece and the Exchange data, they are only keeping a relatively small percentage of this $300. While I am sure that they will claim this in their revenue, it goes right out the back door by the end of each month as it is. Their trading fees last I looked are a little stiff as well, so I would think you are looking at a pretty rare class of investor - one that is generating enough trading revenue that $3600/year in base fees alone would justify this service, who is not trading so frequently but in high enough volume that the transaction fees aren't eating them alive. There seems to be a lot of competition in this segment of the market already, but maybe they can find 10,000 traders out there. But advertising will have to be fairly intense to be noticed I think.
