David, I don't think the price will be determined with an opening like this. It may move but I look at it from a longer term situation.

The PanAm company started out buying PRWT stock (or some sort of an offer), they have been operating, paying bills, payroll, etc., for months now. It appears that from the very beginning, they have a source of capital with which to do all this. A large float was in their advantage if they could use that stock to trade for making acquisitions, which is what they are doing.

After PanAm puts the whole group of companies together, report their earnings, get some good PR out, then you will see some good share value increase (IMHO).
