Like last month he said we should test the recent highs ~1060 area or so. <So when he talks about another rally to peak in the early part of Nov, it does not mean that it will necessarily be one that will make new highs??> Exactly... BTW..the RUT PSTOP is at 369+, it is still long heading into today. The fast sto signal (on price) for the RUT will need a -2.5 points close today for that to triggger. The OTC will need -24 pts for it.
