I'll ask the question again: Do you think MGMA would benefit buy buying MVEE? MGMA has money and MVEE would help MGMA provide a more mainstream product to the public. Personally, I think MVEE would bring down MGMA's earnings per share. Further, I am in the process of doing DD on MVEE because it seem peculiar that there are at least two layers of companies over MVEE.
