I think a better question would be whether Top Dog has gotten a letter of inquiry. Rosario at least is up front about his buying and selling. He doesn't pose as anything but a private investor cheer leading when he's in and denigrating when he is out of an issue. Kevinl would seem to have ties to things like seeing press releases before they are issued, as he has apparently even posted/boasted about. Not exactly a level playing field kind of thing to be doing. (PS: Before you suggest they investigate me, let me say I would welcome such an inquiry. I would be more than happy to share my personal information or research with them.)
