Hi Bruce, Up 70% from the bottom! Not bad. Is that the share price, or your account's value (or both if you're fully invested!!). Can you estimate how close you are to the previous portfolio value "high" for that stock?

My VTSS account shot past its former peak value a couple of days ago, while the price/share is still about 15% below the former high. That's a good feeling.

It may take a while for our smaller cap brothers to catch up with the speedy bunch that's leading this recovery. I've been using my small and large cap funds to measure who's ahead. An interesting thing recently is that when we've had small "down" days, it's the small cap fund that's been doing better. Maybe there's no fat left to trim on those stocks. This makes me feel pretty good about small caps for the near term future.

Small caps roared back in 1991. Maybe we'll get one of those rallies again.

Best regards, Tom
