With the potential investigation of Pan Americans business practices via the Security Exchange Commission, I do believe that most will not buy until the investigation is over. Should also generate some sells. What do you think about your friend Jim's complaint to the SEC? Luv Ya

What financials! PRWT has no revenues! We have searched for ONE INSIDER TRADING CUSTOMER for more than a month and cant find any!! PRWT can not even afford a Press Release via a news wire. There Websites are shaky at best and can be set up for under a couple of thousand bucks. 750 Million shares is the last laugh that they will have on all of there friends the investors!!! Best regards

PRWT is a joke just like most of the responses on this thread. You bring up legitimate concerns and logical questions and the only come backs, are cheap shots, rude jokes, and insults. Sure is nice to have the last laugh especially with a fat bank account. Luv Ya

Isoman, Since PRWT has about 750 million outstanding shares, and JOHN S, stated there will be no reverse split, (HOWEVER REFUSES TO PUT THAT IN WRITING), with that In mind there would only be two options left. Buy back shares at the lowest price possible. Use shares for future acuasitions which of course would be advantageous for PRWT to tank the stock price as low as possible. We have nothing to support PRWT at these levels. No revenues, no company stock holder support, no news releases, just an updated website. Be careful on this one Sports Fans!!

I agree, what a joke. As I said review my post #15761. Pretty well substantiates the potential fate of PRWT. You will see a reverse split soon and then the stock tank again once it is finally clear that PRWT in fact is not producing any revenues. USXP, ARET, AGTI, HCCA, and MTEI are perfect examples on how companies with similar problems and huge contracts that never generate any substantial revenues SUCK investors money dry. Do you have an EXTRA pair of Mickey Mouse Ears? Best regards

Looks like no news by the time the market closes. Oh well. I have called, PRWT, E-mailed them, called Insider Trading and E-mailed them, called Pc quote. Unable to verify any of PAN-AMS business activities. How about you? Best Regards
