If we shot you we'd lose a valuable contributor. Still.....superstitions sometimes tend to be valid. I hereby swear to ever refrain from estimating a bottom again. As for doubling up, I'm not sure what to do. They definitely have product, but even a great product doesn't always sell. I guess its just a waiting game now. A friend in the business today tried to explain how all this works. Just because Ingram is distributing doesn't really equate to sales. The company has to hit up the buyers from chains so that they will order the stuff from Ingram. If anything, he was impressed that Ingram seemed to order product BEFORE they visited the buyers to secure orders. But that could be due to Clark's participation. He told me that Christmas buying is done, and that the earliest we should look for product on shelves is in January, and that buyers will have finished their orders for January by the first week of November. I still believe that we are seeing short covering, and that the MM's will continue to keep it down as long as people sell. Later folks!
