Greg, I have been in the DRE Drip since 10/95 for a 27% gain. As you are probaly aware it is a $250 no-load drip with a 4% discount. DRE is my favorite REIT drip with the others being FRE and CWN (no-load). CWN if recovering from the retail downturn. REIT's seem to be well spoken of recently in the financial news and are viewed as some what of safe haven for the future correct. Of course when and how much of a correction no one knows for sure. I also enjoy utilizing drips to the tune of maybe 60! Good Driping, Ted of PA
