Introduction Market Data Compact

Duke REIT - NYSE, Industrial/Office. DRiP.
Has anyone had any experience with this company? I am considering it because I would like some real estate exposure. I must admit to an almost perverse enjoyment of buying no-load DRiPs, even when there might be more powerful earners. Any history, projections, rumors, war-storys etc.
