Hi GZ, we are on the same wave length, it seems, as far as this long trade is concerned.

I was in only sporadically and so I could not follow the action which was a pity because I feel sure that I'd have day traded this on the long side once the buy signal was triggered on my system.

I came back after the close of trading and was surprised to see both the extent to which it broke through the low 90s and the amount of premium that it had based on its settled price.

I don't know whether you used to follow my posts on the TSO thread but I am rigorous about following every signal that my system triggers. I really don't allow my personal opinion to enter into whether to go long or short because I am wrong as often as I am right when it comes to my opinion regarding how the signal is going to work out. For example, I thought that the sell signal from two days ago was going to be a good one and it was not. I was very wary of the signal to go long today at the 83+ level and it seems that it has worked out, so far--though I have seen decent profits dissipate on some trades.

My sell signal for tomorrow on the spoos is quite some ways off though I won't know the exact point until the open. The signal to go short the bonds is fairly close and could be triggered tomorrow.

Talk to you tomorrow -- I will be out for part of the day but hopefully it should be a more limited absence.
