You are correct, there is some measure of stability. However, the MM's can move around at near light speed. I remember a couple weeks ago there were 6 makers on the ask. I though it would take a train to move it up. . . yet about 30k of buying moved it up. Often the MM's mimic eachother. . . if one moves off, the others follow. All in all its hard to say; but Level2 has a bullish lean to it.
