heat, There have been two issues cited by BNEZ for not releasing financials: 1. AOL suit (first step but I don't know if the issue on partial discovery is not enough. 2. Trying to get rid of unfriendly MM's. (this is still a pertinent issue and I would think it's probably relevant through the end of the year). BTW, great news MITCHELL!! later, leroyt
