yes david...i know...i swear i am not trying to be picky...or to set you up with a pacifier...i just think that even with the best of intentions, such as the reports and reports and reports of press, that has not happened, it is quite possible that there will a request/requirement for an extension...i think there is a whole bunch of stuff that needs to be settled and that it is coming from a bunch of different directions, and i just personally dont think we will see it by november 15...i have no reason for saying that...just one persons opinion...of no possible value to anybody except me...but its what i think...i just dont want to see you get angry if it does not happen then...you have to understand, that it legally may not... what i was trying to say before, in a nice way, is that i wish to look at it as much as anybody...i am excited about it...but it is the very first one...and there is so much to have to be put into it...it is the very foundation for what we are going to become...they are surely sharp enough to understand the ramifications of the initial public image of this thing, the very first real public report of any kind...i am certain they are getting as much as they possibly can into it, and wish for it to be as good as they can possibly make it...i am also certain that they are going to make sure that every i is crossed and every t is dotted... look for an extension...look for the report when you see it...then, i hope, look out... don
