Hi Dave, I went to the web site of PMCS. Some basic info on PMCS: "PMCS designs, develops, markets and supports high-performance semiconductor system solutions for advanced communications markets. The Company's products are used in broadband communications infrastructures and high bandwidth networks. For the six months ended 6/28/98, revenues rose 10% to $74.3 million. Net loss totalled $31.2 million vs. an income of $17.4 million. Results reflect increased sales of networking products, offset by a $50.8 million charge for acquired R&D." The market capitalization is $1.37 Billion. Is this for real; what do you make of this? Thanks, Jack
