Lets remember 2 things.
1. nothing is official until we see a release from the company or
something from a national news channel.
a. I will be calling the copying service tomorrow morning and
getting the judges decision faxed to me. ( remember anybody
can do this, I don't have special permission from AOL )
B. I will then need somebody to PM me with their fax number and I will fax it to them so they can scan it into a computer and post it somewhere to read. I don't have the technology to do this. Takers???
2. If your going to buy more, tomorrow morning will be the best time within 2 hours of the market opening, remember, I wouldn't expect to see news from BNEZ until the afternoon or even tuesday morning.
3. The only people that know of this is AOL, BNEZ ( i sure their lawyers called Jack and Mikey at home or wherever and told the ) and the SI/BNEZ members right here. Once the news breaks, expect some pretty heavy volume, IMHO, depending on what the Mm's feel like doing.
4. Also, I'm sure that Jack and Mikey are going to craft a very intense press release in reference to the decision. I would expect it to be hard ball and right to the point. ie " We have proven our case for discovery and intend on ripping their heads off " lol, or something good like that, but it won't be an easy one, it will be good.
In my opinion, CNNfn/ Steve Young would be foolish not to break this news to the Internet/ information providers. My bet is that by tuesday evening we will see something, somewhere, that will be national on this, I hope everyone understands, this is a LANDMARK DECISION, EXPECT ALOT OF FREE PUBLICITY, but if and when new members come to the thread, it is our responsibility to educate them on PMA, that is what BNEZ is all about, PMA. The lawsuit is a one time shot, PMA is a revenue generator for years to come. RMEMEBER THAT.
Anyway, starting to rant like JimB, (:-), just kidding Jim.
Lets keep our eyes peeled to the financial stations the next couple of days, MY BET, it that if CNNfn, Steve Young, first did the story, he sure the hell is going to do a follow up.
