JUST REMEMBER!! as they even said in the PR.. this is a software company.. invest because you believe they'll make money.. not because they MIGHT win the lawsuit or settle in their favor.. and DONT judge the company based on what the stock does intraday.. jim ps.. YES, this is VERY good news.
