Reverse splits are very beneficial to companies that are making money and want to get an Exchange listing. ATEC had a 4 for 1 reverse split and is up 150% since that time and now has institutional investors. YAHOO, lost 31 million dollars the first half of the year and trades at $140 per share. Based upon your theories YAHOO should be trading at 1 cent. Go figure!! Best regards PS You have shot your self in both feet and cut off your nose to spite your face.
