ok...Serious question her Jhild.

As you know I am a Canuck, so I am a little bit confused on this one little point.

In Canada, if a company wants to do a reverse split, they have to have a shareholder vote and then, if the shareholders approve, it can go ahead.

In the U.S. otc, it seems they do not have to get this vote.

Is this the case, or does it depend on where the Corp is incorporated.

I also note, that one stock on the otc, CATV tried to do a 300:1 reverse split, but the shareholders were able to stop it.
