Let's say your high end tine is at 1120 basis the spoo. The market goes to 1124. Does the trader close the short and go long?

Maybe. Maybe not. If the Tine is at 1120 but the market is at 1124 it does not mean it's a breakout, does it? Am I incorrect? I got the impression it could get above the tine but still come back inside.
