Excellent, Ted! I, too, think we'll find safe harbor within the next 12-24 months from the overvalued (soon to be corrected?) general market conditions in the sheltering arms of real-estate via REITs. Seems real estate went from 'no one ever lost money' (so our parents told us...) to 'who would throw money away on real estate when other areas are so hot?'. A 13% annual return might seem laughable to some of the hot-hands who post on SI; but in the long run, if I can average that, it's fine with me, especially if the other sectors are going south. Thanks for the info - I'm gonna buy it. It'll be my 14th DRiP!
Do you have any specifics on how they've allocated, and/or what holdings they have?
