Insider Trading Report! I just got back from Long Island. Silver Fox was gracious enough to give me a ride. ERRAFF was also there. First off , as many of you know I am not timid and I don't believe everything that I hear. I spent almost 3 hours drilling all the principle character's with questions that I felt the investing public want's to know. This report will not answer all of the pressing questions. Finacials This was a key question that I pressed on many times. I could not get a firm commitment on that one. He does not have to do it, so he will do it when he can get the proper balance sheet and information in order. He did commit to releasing some sort of finacial data by the end of the year. Belize. Materials for model homes are there now. Much demand. They are in tight with the present government. This will be huge. I asked why they did not respond to the miss-statements? He said he did not want to create a battle when he knew the war would soon be won. Houses will be up soon. People will be buying them , nothing anyone can say will be able contradict that. Video Phones.. Beta testing had just finished. The key here is that they are not selling the Video phones them selves they are selling the Video Phone's and the infrastructure behind them. They will be able to tailor a service to meet a growing number of businesses needs, and in doing so save these company's money. Insider Trading. Nice office. State of the art equipment. Will be able to trade penny's in about a month. Have not pushed the internet site much as of yet. They want to get these trading offices up and running first. The office in Boca will be up and running in about a month. Plans for 3 more offices in the NYC area. Vegas is coming soon. Chicago. West coast to follow. Film crew will be in any day. They will do a Video shoot and the turn around will be about a week. Then they will first show the slot on CNBC in the Nassau area of NYC then Brooklyn, then Manhattan. Then National. I got a cool T shirt. I asked John how much money he makes and he says that most of the $21 a trade goes in their pockets. There will be a Name and Symbol change shortly. There are some problems with the Domain of the Name Pan American. So we will have to wait and see on that one. Money is coming in now threw there Mortgage Banking Division. So this is one of the reasons they don't have to sweat it and keep pumping out PR's to live off the stock. This company is in a great position. They do not have to worry about the stock price and still grow there business. I tried to stress to John about the need to keep in better communication with the company. He told me frankly that he has been disturbed by all the threatening Emails he has received. One member with the first initial R came to mind. He has been miss-quoted by many members of this thread. And the lawyers have warned him not to even talk to people about Pr's anymore. All that sniffing that you hear about is BS. I told John and the crew many times to put out a PR about the Opening just to let people know that they are not hiding from anything. Will we see one? Time will tell. Also I strongly suggested many times that John put out a letter to the share holders on the web site. Giving people an over view of the events of the last few months. He seemed open to it. In regards to IT, there will be a Customer Service number for people to call up and talk to. That will be by the end of the year Sales Force. I met a gentleman at the Office who is affiliated with PRWT. He operates a freelance sales force of 40,000 thousand people coast to coast. These guys know what there doing. They have the people to go out and sell these many products as everything comes on line.. In my view this is huge! All and all my impression of the people concerned with this company are top notch. John the CEO was pleasant , professional and low key. He did not try to hard sell me on anything, I like that. I recommend a STRONG buy on this company. Many people out there don't like my New York Attitude. But most will agree that I am honest. I have never in the past or plan in the future to be a PAID promoter of any stock. I'm just like the majority of investors out here. People trying to gain information to be able to make money in the stock market. I feel very good about my investment and I think that all who are holding should feel the same. These guys are growing a business . They are doing it well. They are going to make money. Hence we are going to make money.
