You need only to read your own post to see what is going on. These guys don't have to live off the stock price! They don't have to pump it up and then sell a bunch to keep things going. So how does that statement jive with this one: he could put something together for the third quarter but why do it when the forth quarter is going to look so much better. The guy is concerned with putting out "good" financial statements, not with fairly reporting to the public in a timely manner. That is kind of a different way of doing just what Rosie does, and you know it.
