Marshall: Cash? Cash requirement? It's net tangible assets, which could include cash, but doesn't have to. Why do you insist of just making things up? They got their cash on the day the deal closed, July 24th I think. It's part of the closing process, kinda like selling a house. I imagine that Naz works hand in glove with the SEC on these things. Company says they are out of compliance in an SEC filing I'm sure the Naz gets a heads up from someone. No reason to sit around idly speculatin' about it. The folks in SA will know all about this stuff. Ask them about it. drakes353
