Troops,

For the technical traders out there, SIII is making a classic Bull Flag formation on the daily
charts. This is, perhaps needless to say, extremely positive for the next few days of
trading. If it falls below 3 7/8, however, all bets are off and the pattern is violated. Target
price should be something like 5 1/4 short term. Good luck!
