Just spoke to Mr. Sanker from Affordable Housing Group Ltd. also. The models home will be completed within one month including full appliances and furniture. There will be a Grand Opening for the models as well as a press release at that time. He said the company has many commitments for the houses. People are waiting for the models and then will complete their orders. Financing will be provided by Realty Money Center. Ridge Lagoon Estates Subdivision has the capacity of 3,000 - 6,000 homes. They are also working with other Belize and Belize/American citizens to build houses on other individual lots around the country. There is a great potential with Costa Rica and Dominican Republic. He said their goal is to expand throughout the Caribbean area.
