I've been trying to piece the share situation together for the past week. I still don't have any hard numbers, but since the question ahs come up, here goes: It looks like the float may be 3-3.5 million. . . due to shares issued to the 2 PR firms retained by Pacel. A few may have come from the 504 offering, which was recently terminated. According to the CEO, no more money isneeded and there will be no need for more shares to be issued. I'll try to get a better handle on things, and report back at that time. Patrick
