I'd have thought it would be important to clarify the status of RACE as a NASDAQ stock? The best way to stop nasty "rumours" (if they are rumours) about RACE's status is to make a simple statement. Why would your e-mail get priority? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put two and two together. Ben is the same way, he'll answer the ones that he can respond to a favorable way.
