now jhildy, there you go getting negative about things you are assuming ....wrongly.... Let me see if I can straighten this out for you, OK? Yes, the houses (sections) are crated and in the harbour. They were ready for shipment before hurricane Mitch hit but the people in charge decided to delay shipment as a precaution. Now...the real reason for the delay in the shipment and therefore arrival of the homes....the neighborhood association (?) changed their square footage requirements and they also realized that most potential home buyers would rather have the garage converted into a "mother-in-law apartment". So, design plans had to be altered along with the construction of panels as well. So, you see jhildy, sweetie pie...there really is no mystery here...no devious underlying sinister CEO waiting to run off with our small investments. Please, let me know if I can be of further assistance to you in your further education on the workings of PRWT. :o) looking forward to it....
