When I called the TA his report to me was that there were 2.2M in the float...then we have the potential of 1M dumped into the float by somebody who provided some financing deal...to which Calkins has declared he would buy back...now, we have the two PR firms dumping another 2M shares.... by my count the float is 4.2M....which is still reasonable but is this the end??? A question I have is, how many more of these financing deals are going to come back and bite Calkins in the butt. I don't think he's doing this to screw us or himself, he's just inexperienced. This even happens to seasoned CEO's in NASDAQ stocks. What I would like to know is, of these extra shares floating around....did Calkins issue them out of the original O/S count as was originally reported or has this number also grown?
