Hi David,
I just received this from Pacel. I thought maybe you can post it on
SI.

To ShareHolder,
1.Hard to argue with your belief that management is the cause of why the

stock is dropping because you fail to provide any specifics, just
accusations.
2.I have hired two reputable PR firms to promote the stock - That is
only
good management because it is the only way a pink sheet stock gets heard

about at the time.
3. You promote the stock to raise capital. You use the capital to make
acquisitions and promote your products. You acquire companies to
increase
your revenue stream. Companies that are big on government contracts
have
higher revenues in the 3rd and 4th quarters due to government end of
year
buying and beginning of year available funding. The government year ends
in
Sept. and the new year begins Oct. - same period we acquired our imaging

company.
4.It's now the first week in NOV. and we still expect to meet the 2.8M
revenue projection.
5. Since the press release my partner and I have both been quietly and
steadily buying stock on the open.
6. Float is approximately 8 million of which 3.5 Million is tied up in
litigation, and at least 1 million is still held in certificate form by
the
original investors, leaving 2.5 to 3.5million freely floating around.

In the future I will address questions that are presented by stock
holders
monthly based on accumulation of all questions and comments and not
individually.

If desire info in the meantime feel free to talk to Bruce Pollock or
Tony
Tomasso.
