It is my impression that: The CEO has bought a significant chunk already. He had planned on immediately buying a very large block. . . instead, those funds will be used to make possible this next acquisition. The remainder of the buyback will be put on the backburner, IMO. The acquisition is probably the better way to go anyway. . . should help the company exceed its revenue expectations drastically.
