not the least of which is that there is now an official link between panamerican bancorp and purewater sciences, that cannot be denied, mistaken or misconstrued.. Do you know for a fact that the reverse merger is completed? The CUSIP has yet to change, which would be an indication that it had, but this has not yet happened.
