Without more facts we have no way of knowing. But it is consistent it seems with the way Pan American continues to evade disclosure. Evasion is often a symptom of having something to hide. I am sure you will agree with that. As to whether PanAmerican Bancorp is lying, then disclosure of verifiable facts would be the avenue to a forthright and truthful reputation.
